The Level 2 course, Financial Applications, builds on the financial knowledge of students who have completed Excidian’s basic course, Business Finance for Non-Financial Professionals. The Level 2 course teaches students how to apply financial knowledge to make decisions that are in the best financial interest of the shareholders. Class participants work in teams to complete exercises that emulate real-life projects, problems or issues using company-specific financial data.
Extensive interaction between Excidian and the client is required to build company specific application exercises and case studies for the Level 2 course. After the initial course development work is completed, a pilot is conducted. After making changes stemming from the pilot review, the course is published and ready for delivery.
