Industry specific exercises are available for managers and their employees to work on together in shorter duration venues such as “lunch & learn” sessions and regional or national meetings. Facilitation guides, handouts, answers and slides are provided for managers capable of teaching and leading group discussions. For companies where these skills are not present, Excidian will facilitate the exercises.
